Food Booth Vendors

Promote your business to thousands of attendees at Duck Day. Vendors will receive a 10 x 10 space with two tables and chairs. There are no height requirements per space and encourage you to showcase your business to the fullest extent possible. Electricity is available for an additional $50. Participants are responsible for their own display materials and payment must be received prior to August 21, 2020.



We are in search of food trucks, restaurants, caterers, and/or local organizations that would be willing to be a food booth vendor. Set-ups including a 10 x 10 tent, 3 tables and 3 chairs can be provided for an additional $200. To avoid duplication, limitations apply. First come, first serve basis for requested food items.
**Sale of water not permitted by food vendors.
Vendors must fill out a temporary event food license application at the Naugatuck Valley Health District; 203-881-3255. The application must be filed at least seven days before the event. Application fee paid to the NVHD is $75. Additional charges apply if application is late. Click Here For Form
Certificate of Insurance must also be posted at your booth and sent to tmacary@waterburychamber.com prior to event day. Participants are responsible for their own display materials and payment must be received prior to August 31, 2020.
